DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer 2 flat rate shipping options $13.95 with Sendle and 15.95 with Australia Post. Express Post if $19.95  

INSTORE PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from 19 Burford St Colyton 2760 NSW. We will send you a text message when your order is ready for collection along with pickup instructions.

Please have your confirmation email/text on hand when you come to collect. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently only ship Australian Wide. Unfortunately, no international shipping.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check your order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please choose wisely as we do not offer refunds due to change of mind. Due to the coronavirus epidemic, we must be as careful as possible and do not receive returned goods.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the items condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

PRODUCTS DURING FLIGHTS/POSTAGE 

Please be advised some of our products may melt due to the heat or even harden due to the cold air pressure therefore during postage especially to other states via flights the products you purchase may change consistently. They will go back to their original state once they have cooled/ warmed back to room temp. Please be advised we have no control over this whatsoever, therefore there is a chance of receiving melted/ hardened products.
